Sky My Account allows you to stay in control of your Sky TV Box and Broadband services and its free to download for Sky customers.

- add more Packages, Channels, Sky Arena and Sky Box Office
- if you are a sky Broadband customer you can run a variety of network tests and diagnostics which allows you to share the results with our NZ-based Sky Crew for the team to help solve any network issues
- chat online with the NZ-based Sky Crew

The Sky My Account is supported on iOS Phones only. You have to be a Sky customer to use the Sky My Account app and its Free to download.

Cannot update

I am unable to get into it as I need to update the app. When I click update goes back to apps and says open not update. Even deleted app and reset it. Still nothing

Keeps buffering

I’m trying to pay my monthly bill but it keeps buffering once I click on the ‘pay now’. Have uninstalled then reinstalled the app twice and same thing happens. Super annoying, and I will probably get stung for late fees due to not being able to pay my bill on time now.

This needs to be addressed immediately!

It does not work

At first this app was working for awhile then out of the blue it’s stopped working, everytime I open up the app all there is is a white blank, I’d tried everything to get it to work but nothing. I am going to uninstall this app as it’s no use when it does not work.
